Delete your Grifoli account

Delete your Grifoli account without reinstalling the app. We remove your account and account-owned data after verifying control of its registered email address.

Deletion removes your profile, sketches and versions, learning progress, and other account-owned data. Some transaction records may be retained where legally required.

On iOS, you can also start deletion in the app from Account → Delete account. On Android, or if you no longer have access to the app, request deletion here.

Other ways to request deletion

You can email support@grifoli.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and the email address registered to your Grifoli account. Do not send your password, confirmation link, or artwork.

If you cannot use email, the web form and write “Account deletion request” with your registered account email. We verify account ownership before deleting data.

Deleting your Grifoli account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel billing separately through the store account that started the subscription.
